Order and Shipping Process

We are not Just a Supplier, but a Strategic Partner in Streamlining Your Supply Chain

Purchasing
Our global sourcing team purchases products such as fasteners, door hardware, and galvanized aircraft cable from one of our approved vendors in China, Taiwan, or Korea. The material is produced by these suppliers according to our customers’ specific requirements. Pre-production samples can be submitted for your engineering team’s approval.

Expediting
After mass production, all products are rigorously inspected in one of our vendors’ approved quality control laboratories. The material is then packaged, arranged for shipment, and transported to the port for shipment.

Shipping
All material being delivered to our Pennsylvania facility enters the U.S. through an east coast port, while items heading to Missouri arrive on the west coast. The containers are transferred directly to one of our facilities either by truck or a combination of rail and truck.

Quality Control
Our receiving personnel offload the containers into our warehouse, while our quality control specialists conduct a thorough round of inspection on all product to ensure quality compliance.

 

Customers can call to speak directly with or email our sales team to place a purchase order. 
We can typically ship product out same day to the customer. 
Globe International warehouses all product in Philadelphia, PA or North Kansas City, MO for shipment 
via UPS ground, LTL, or truckload to our customers throughout the United States and Canada.
